AwayList

Terms of Service

Last updated October 31, 2026.

These terms cover your use of AwayList, made by Daniel Hotyanov ("the developer"). By using the app you agree to them.

Using the app

You may use AwayList for personal use on your own devices. Don't misuse it, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.

Your reminders

Your reminders belong to you and stay in Apple Reminders. AwayList changes them only at your direction, including completing, cancelling, tagging, moving, and deleting them. Deleting a task in AwayList deletes it from Reminders. Keep your own backups of anything important.

No warranty

AwayList is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The developer doesn't promise that it will be error-free, always available, or free of data loss.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may change. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept it.
